Quality that can be depended upon is key to calculating the success of a product range. Our clients can always be absolutely sure that we supply only the highest-quality goods. At FFI Manufacturing Limited, Our HACCP quality management system conforms to BRC Global Standards, whilst DEK has been certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and conforms to International Food Standard (IFS) and BRC Global Standards. Compliance with certified quality standards is monitored regularly. However, we still rely on the experience of our highly trained coffee experts to judge the sensory qualities of our coffees – something that no scientific test can do.
